Delivery Policy

DELIVERY

• Delivery time of finished orders will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination country. It may vary from 2 to 5 days unless it is hold at customs for any reason.
• Damages during transportation may occur. By default, shipments are covered by a standard insurance required by law to the courier Company which may provide a compensation for lost and damaged merchandise. If an additional insurance is desired the CUSTOMER will need to inform Crown To Cuff in advance.
• Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for potential damages. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
• In the event the parcel has been accepted, if the CUSTOMER wishes to report that it has been damaged during shipment, they will need to contact their local Courier office to file a claim within 24-48 hours upon receipt of the merchandise. After this period, the CUSTOMER will not be entitled to receive any kind of compensation. The CUSTOMER will need to provide the name of the person who collected the parcel as well as a contact telephone number. Please, retain all packaging together with the damaged items, which will be examined to decide whether compensation is granted.
